- Manage the candidate journey and ensure a professional and positive candidate experience, including scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing Kristalball's innovative and positive culture.
- Research and update talent market data to suggest creative, incentive-driven pay packages.
- Assist in driving a pay-for-performance culture that attracts and retains top performers.
- Ensure the right candidates are hired quickly without compromising selection rigor.
- HR Operations & Employee Experience - Building a Thriving Workplace:
- Support a seamless onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, organizing orientation, and welcoming new team members.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with attention to detail and data privacy.
- Assist in gathering and verifying data to support payroll and benefits administration.
- Contribute to HR initiatives and programs, including planning and coordinating company events that foster teamwork and celebrate achievements.
- Draft HR documents, policies, and communications.
- Serve as a go-to resource for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Office Administration - Nurturing a Positive Workplace:
- Maintain and update office inventory while leading by example on discipline and values.
- Assist in gathering and verifying data to support payroll and benefits administration.
