Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality SocialScience/Geography content for students & teachers in accordance with CBSE curriculum standards.
- Plan, prepare, and implement engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Create instructional materials, including worksheets, assignments, and assessments, to support the learning objectives.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and enhance the SocialScience/Geography content.
- Stay updated with current trends and advancements in SocialScience/Geography teaching methodologies, education policies and government regulations.
- Mentor and train teachers and students in EduBrisk partner schools to ensure effective delivery of SocialScience/Geography lessons.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in SocialScience/Geography or a related field. master's degree and bachelor's degree( B.Ed )is preferred.
- 2-3 years of teaching experience in CBSE schools, with a strong focus on SocialScience/Geography instruction.
- Experience in teaching Grade 6 -12 will be preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns.
- Proficient in using innovative teaching techniques and technology to enhance the learning experience.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to create a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
- Passionate about fostering language skills and promoting a love for SocialScience/Geography among students.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Familiarity with diverse teaching strategies and accommodations for students with different learning needs.
Location Preference: Chennai or Kochi
Mode of Work: Hybrid
Expected Salary package:20,000 to 30,000 p.m( based on skill, experience and capability)
