Junior Associate - Cinematographer
Role Overview
The Cinematographer will be responsible for planning, capturing, and delivering visually striking video content for a wide range of campaigns. This role requires a balance of creative storytelling, technical skills, and an eye for detail to create content that elevates brand narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality video shoots across digital, commercial, and social platforms.
- Operate professional cinema cameras and related equipment (Lighting, rigs, Gimbals Operation, Drone would be an added bonus).
- Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and clients to achieve project vision.
- Design and manage lighting setups to achieve cinematic visuals.
- Ensure visual consistency, color tones, and brand aesthetics across projects.
- Oversee on-set crew and production workflow.
- Contribute to pre-production (shot lists, storyboards) and post-production reviews (color grading, look consistency).
Requirements
- 13 years of professional experience as a cinematographer (agency or production house preferred).
- Strong showreel/portfolio showcasing a range of commercial, brand, and creative work.
- Proficiency with Professional cameras (Blackmagic, Sony, Canon) and Strong lighting sense.
- Solid understanding of composition, framing, and camera movement.
- Familiarity with post-production workflows (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills on set.
- Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Flexibility to travel for shoots.
