Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Art Director to assist in shaping the visual identity of ads and branded content. You will support senior creatives in creating mood boards, styling sets, and ensuring visual consistency, gaining hands-on experience across pre-production to post-production.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating mood boards, visual references, and style guides.
- Support senior art directors on on-set art direction and maintaining visual consistency.
- Help source and organize props, set pieces, and materials for shoots.
- Collaborate with creative, direction, and production teams to bring concepts to life.
- Learn and contribute to visual storytelling, composition, and design details.
- Manage tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Experience: 01 years in design, production, or related field (internships count).
- Portfolio: Demonstrates strong visual storytelling, design sense, and creativity.
- Skills:Keen eye for composition, color, and detail
- Comfortable working on-set and in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of sourcing props and styling sets
- Attributes: Enthusiastic, collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.
