About the Role
We're looking for a Junior Art Director who can own the visual look & feel of ads and branded content.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong design sensibility who can translate ideas into compelling visual narratives from moodboards to on-set execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with direction and production teams
- Create moodboards, visual references, and style directions
- Own the visual language and consistency across shoots and campaigns
- Support and lead on-set art direction
- Source and manage props, styling elements, and set aesthetics
- Ensure seamless execution from pre-production to post-production
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in advertising, production, or creative studios
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and design sensibility
- Excellent eye for design, composition, color, and detail
- Comfortable working on shoots, fast-paced environments, and tight timelines
- Hands-on approach with set design and styling
Good to Have
- Experience in branded content, social media shoots, or digital campaigns
- Understanding of current visual and cultural trends
