Junior Architect

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lucknow for an Interior Designer. The Interior Designer will be responsible for planning and designing interior layouts, developing creative design concepts, and selecting furnishings, fixtures, and equipment. The candidate will collaborate with project teams to create innovative and functional design solutions that align with client requirements and timelines. They will also ensure compliance with industry standards, prepare detailed construction drawings, and oversee the execution of projects to ensure quality and aesthetic excellence.

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design with a keen eye for detail and functionality
• Understanding of Architecture and related principles for designing interiors that align with architectural frameworks
• Ability to create accurate and comprehensive Construction Drawings
• Experience in selecting and coordinating FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) to align with design vision
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently with clients and project teams
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar)
• Experience in managing interior projects and ensuring timely delivery
