Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role located in Chennai. The Junior Architect will contribute to architectural design projects by developing concepts, drafting plans, and overseeing project execution. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients, preparing technical drawings, coordinating with teams, ensuring compliance with architectural and safety standards, and providing support to senior architects during all project phases.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to deliver innovative and functional concepts
• Strong skills in Software Development and Integration, with familiarity in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
• Experience or knowledge of Project Management, including managing timelines, resources, and client interactions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; relevant certifications or internship experience preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic project requirements
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Chennai is an advantage
