Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect based in Chennai. The Junior Architect will contribute to architectural design projects by assisting in drafting layouts, developing detailed drawings, and supporting project execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with senior architects, managing project elements, integrating architectural standards into designs, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring project timelines are met effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Design, including the ability to create and interpret technical drawings
• Understanding of Architecture principles and experience in project planning, development, and implementation
• Familiarity with Software Development and technology integration relevant to architectural design
• Project Management skills to manage timelines and communicate with stakeholders effectively
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Knowledge of relevant architectural software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs)
• Previous experience in interior design or residential architectural projects is a plus
