Role Overview:

The role involves supporting the design and execution of spa and wellness environments, ensuring alignment with brand standards, functionality, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in design development, space planning, and preparation of concept presentations
• Draft architectural drawings, layouts, and detailing using AutoCAD/SketchUp-Vray/Revit
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and vendors for project execution
• Support site visits, measurements, and documentation
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and presentations
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and design guidelines
• Participate in design discussions and contribute creative inputs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 1 year of experience (freshers can also apply) preferably in retail brand projects like salons, cafes, spas.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp-Vray, MS Office (knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus)
• Strong sense of aesthetics, materiality, and spatial design
• Attention to detail with the ability to balance creativity and practicality
• Good communication and coordination skills
• A proactive mindset with willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel for site visits if required

Preferred Skills or interest:

·      A genuine interest in hospitality, wellness, or experiential design

·      Sensitivity towards lighting, textures, and user experience

·      Ability to think beyond drawings—towards storytelling through space
