Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Junior Architect based in New Delhi at Studio Sh.A.De. The individual will be responsible for overseeing project designs, timelines, and budgets throughout the design and construction process. He / She will also work with clients to establish their needs and desires, and oversee the production of working drawings and design concepts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture,

Experience in residential sector(architecture And Interior)

Minimum of 0-2 years of professional experience as a Junior Architect

Thorough knowledge of architectural design, detailing, building materials, building codes, and construction techniques

Excellent ability to produce and coordinate high-quality design documentation, including presentation materials and construction documentation

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including clients, contractors, and other consultants

Strong project management skills, including a proven track record of managing project schedules and budgets

Advanced proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite
