Job Summary:
We are looking for amotivated and creative Junior Architectwith qualifications inB.Arch, B.Des, or Diploma in Architecture, along with a basic understanding ofInterior Design concepts. The candidate will support project design, drafting, 3D visualization, and site coordination under the guidance of senior architects and designers. Freshers or candidates with internship experience are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing design concepts, space planning, and working drawings.
- Prepare architectural and interior drawings including floor plans, elevations, and detail drawings.
- Create 3D models, renderings, material boards, and client presentation slides.
- Support senior architects with documentation, approvals, and design detailing.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, progress monitoring, and coordination with vendors/contractors.
- Assist in material selection, vendor research, and sourcing samples.
- Maintain drawing revisions, project files, and documentation as per standards.
- Ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements and building regulations.
Qualifications:
- B.Arch / B.Des / Diploma in Architecture (Interior Design knowledge required)
- 01 year experience (internship experience accepted)
- Strong creativity and spatial design sense.
- Good attention to detail and drafting accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to project requirements.
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
