Role Overview

We are seeking skilled and motivated Architects or Interior Designers with 23 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in design development and on-site execution, and be capable of independently handling project responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with the design and execution teams on concept ideation, detailed design development, 3D visualisation, client presentations, and site coordination to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conceptualising and developing residential and commercial designs.
• Prepare working drawings, 3D models, and presentation boards.
• Collaborate on interior layouts, furniture details, and material selections.
• Support in client presentations and site visits.
• Coordinate with vendors and assist in project execution.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, D5, V-Ray, and Photoshop.
• Ability to make presentation sheets and slides.
• Good sense of design, detailing, and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
