Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect, located in Mangalore. The Junior Architect will collaborate on architectural design concepts, assist in drafting and detailing, manage project execution plans, coordinate with consultants and stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered within timelines.

The role primarily involves handling independent residential projects, offering exposure from concept to executionincluding developing conceptual design ideas, preparing detailed drawings, and translating concepts into construction-ready documents. Additional responsibilities include maintaining design documentation, understanding client requirements, and supporting senior architects in design and planning tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Familiarity with Software Development and Integration tools relevant to design and drafting
• Basic knowledge of Project Management including planning, coordination, and task management
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Proficient in architectural rendering software such as Enscape, D5, Lumion, or similar tools
• Educational background in Architecture or a related field; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Prior experience as an intern or a similar entry-level architecture role is a plus
