Job Description:
What You will do:
- Ensure architectural designs comply with local building by-laws, development control regulations, and statutory codes.
- Assist in managing architectural projects from design development to execution stages.
- Prepare and review drawings, layouts, and design documents as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Communicate technical details clearly to stakeholders and resolve design-related queries.
- Use design and drafting software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp effectively for drawings and presentations.
- Support site coordination activities and provide technical assistance during execution.
- Focus on delivering quality work within defined timelines and project standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design, drafting, and site coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Understanding of building by-laws and architectural codes
- Good communication and coordination skills
