Sarjan Architects & Project Consultants is a 35 year old, international award winning design and project management consultancy working on exciting and impactful developments, including national infrastructure and landmark competitions. We believe in creating a work environment where young designers learn, collaborate, and contribute to real-world change. Currently, we are actively involved in the Bullet Train Station Development Project and are looking for passionate architects to join our team.
Role Overview
As a Junior Architect, you will support the design and coordination of architectural packages for the Bullet Train stations Development Project and other institutional & competition projects. You will work closely with senior team members to translate concepts into high-quality drawings, presentations, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in design development, space planning, and detailing for ongoing projects
Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation material
Support submissions and coordination with consultants and stakeholders
Contribute to research, benchmarking, and preparation of design reports
Work on live competition projects with tight timelines and creative problem-solving
Ensure design outputs comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements
Participate in internal reviews, discussions, and site visits when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
02 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, and basic rendering tools
Strong design communication skills both graphical and verbal
Ability to work in a team, adapt to feedback, and meet deadlines
Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to fast-paced, high-impact projects
