Role Description The Junior Architect role at Samvara Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting senior architects in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and producing detailed design documentation. Day-to-day tasks include working on architectural design plans, assisting with 2D and 3D modeling, coordinating with engineering and project teams, and helping ensure design compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements. The Junior Architect will participate in site visits, assist in reviewing construction progress, and contribute to design revisions based on technical, functional, and aesthetic considerations. Collaboration, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn within a multidisciplinary environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and detailed drawings.
• Ability to collaborate on Project Management activities such as planning, coordination, and documentation.
• Basic understanding of Integration between architecture, engineering, and execution within multidisciplinary projects.
• Proficiency in relevant architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design tools); familiarity with BIM is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; eligibility for professional registration is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of building codes, standards, and sustainable design principles.
• Strong visual, spatial, and technical communication skills, including the ability to present design ideas clearly.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate in a team setting, and manage multiple tasks with accuracy and responsibility.
