Junior Architect - Salem, Whatsapp HR on 7200003809

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support the architectural team in designing, developing, and executing residential/commercial projects. The candidate will assist with concept development, drawings, documentation, coordination, and site-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in developing architectural concepts and design proposals.
• Prepare and modify architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and details.
• Develop 2D and 3D drawings/models as required.
• Prepare working drawings and construction documentation.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
• Assist in preparing presentations, design proposals, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits and monitor work progress as required.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to resolve design-related issues.
• Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, applicable building regulations, and standards.
• Incorporate revisions based on client and senior architect feedback.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
• Support the project team throughout the design and execution stages.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Vray or similar software will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Good design sense and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualification

• B.Arch or equivalent qualification in Architecture.
• 3 months – 3 years of relevant experience.

Working time: 10 am to 6 pm. Mon- Sat working (Sunday holiday).

Work Location: Salem

Salary: Will be matched based on previous experience and skill set.
