We are seeking a motivated Civil Architect with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Salem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing construction projects, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional standards. This role requires strong technical skills and a solid understanding of civil engineering principles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs and plans for various civil engineering projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations to communicate design concepts.
• Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes and regulations in Salem.
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and timelines.
• Review and approve work completed by contractors and subcontractors.
• Utilize CAD software to create and modify architectural plans.

Skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
