Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Junior Architect. The Junior Architect will assist in planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects. Responsibilities will include collaborating with senior architects, creating architectural designs and layouts, assisting in project management tasks, and ensuring the seamless integration of design and functionality. The candidate will be expected to contribute innovative ideas and ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design with an understanding of building codes and construction processes
• Basic experience or knowledge in Software Development and Integration to support design tools and systems
• Familiarity with Project Management practices and the ability to manage timelines and resources effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Educational background in Architecture or a related field
• Knowledge of industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is highly advantageous
