Role Description The Junior Architect will support senior team members in conceptualizing, developing, and detailing architectural designs for a range of projects. Responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, assisting with design presentations, coordinating with engineering and consultant teams, and contributing to project documentation and specifications. The role involves participating in design reviews, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards, and helping track project progress and deliverables. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring regular collaboration with the in-house team and external consultants.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess core skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including conceptual design, space planning, and preparing detailed drawings.
- A bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to interpret technical information.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles is an advantage.
