Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Coimbatore. The Junior Architect will support the design team in developing concept sketches, schematic layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Responsibilities include preparing CAD and 3D models, assisting in design presentations, producing construction documentation, and coordinating with consultants as directed by senior team members. The role also involves site visits for measurements and progress reviews, documenting design decisions, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. The Junior Architect will collaborate closely with colleagues to translate client requirements into practical, aesthetically strong, and climate-responsive design solutions.

Qualifications & Skills Required :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
2. Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience will be an added advantage.
3. Strong architectural design skills with proficiency in AutoCAD,SketchUp, Enscape, D5, Adobe Suite, MS Office and other relevant 2D drafting softwares.
4. Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and rendering.
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
6. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies, software, and industry practices.
