Key Responsibilities
- Design and Drafting: Assist senior architects in the design and development of architectural drawings, schematics, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
- Project Support: Work closely with the project team to understand and fulfill project requirements, including site analysis, design concept development, and material selection.
- Documentation: Prepare and organize project-related documentation, presentations, and reports.
- Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, site visits, and client discussions to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
- Research: Conduct research on building codes, regulations, and new materials to ensure compliance and innovation in design.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
0-2 years of professional experience in an architectural role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design and modeling software. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.
