Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior architects in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, construction documents, and 3D models.
• Assist in site planning, layout design, and space optimization.
• Ensure design intent is maintained through all project phases.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design specifications are met.
• Stay updated with building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to material selection, specification preparation, and project documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
• 36 years of relevant architectural experience in residential, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong technical knowledge in working drawings, detailing, and construction methodology.
• Excellent visualization and presentation skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with sustainable architecture or wellness-based design principles.
• Knowledge of 3D rendering tools such as Lumion or Enscape.
• Familiarity with municipal approval processes and regulatory documentation.
