Junior Architect

Position: Jr Architect 

Location: Baner, Pune

Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Experience: 1-2 years 

Role: 

We're looking for a junior architect to join our growing firm. The Jr Architect will work closely with the founders and be involved in the entire design + execution process. We are looking for candidates who can use available tools efficiently to get things done. We appreciate smart work and would love it if candidates could use AI smartly to execute things faster.

Responsibilities: 

Working drawings (AutoCAD)

3D modelling (SketchUp)

Rendering (Lumion / Enscape or similar)

Design development & detailing

Site visits & coordination (within Pune)

Supporting overall workflow and project delivery

Requirements: 

Proficient in AutoCAD & SketchUp

Experience with rendering tools

Basic understanding of construction drawings

Good communication & time management

Pro-active and responsible attitude

Added advantage in terms of salary: 

Revit / BIM knowledge

Adobe tools

AI tools – Gemini (Nano Banana Pro), ChatGPT, Perplexity AI
