Position Overview
The Site Engineer is responsible for technical execution as per drawings, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely progress. This role acts as the technical backbone of on-site operations.
Qualifications Required
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and technical drawing interpretation.
Experience Required
- 2 to 5 years experience in building construction.
- Must have experience in RCC, finishing, site planning & material management.
- Preferably handled residential/commercial mid-scale projects.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities :-
- Execute work as per structural and architectural drawings.
- Conduct inspections for RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry & finishing.
- Ensure accurate measurements and BOQ verification.
- Prepare DPR, WPR, and support in billing documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors & internal teams.
- Maintain safety compliance and proper site documentation.
- Plan material requirements and track work schedules.
- Resolve technical issues at site independently.
