Junior Architect

The role of the Junior Architect will involve assisting the Principal Architects in developing Concept, Design Development & Working Drawings & Presentations for various ongoing projects. As you will be a part of a small team, you will get to work directly under the Principal Architects and will get to do site visits & get hands on experience in dealing with clients, various other consultants & contractors.

Your success in this role depends on your adaptability to take lead in the role as a designer and produce quality deliverables in terms of drawings, 3Ds and other supporting documents that helps in executing a design on site.

Responsibilities

Concept & Design Development

3D Modelling & renderings

Production of Working Drawings

Assistance in preparation of BOQs

Coordination with various consultants & contractors

Qualifications

B. Arch - This qualification is a must.

Good Knowledge of standard software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape, Lumion, Microsoft Office

Decent understanding of prevalent construction practices and methods
