Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and zoning regulations
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project deadlines are met
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to enhance design capabilities

- This is a hybrid job, usually it's remote but when projects are allotted, there would be time that the architect has to visit the site.
