Junior Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Junior Architect role located in Surat. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting senior architects in design and development of building plans, preparing drawings, and ensuring compliance of designs with building regulations. The Junior Architect will also be responsible for coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout design and construction phases, and will assist in project management.

Qualifications

• Architectural Design and Project Management skills
• Experience in preparing drawings and ensuring compliance with building regulations
• Software Development and Integration skills
• Understanding of sustainable design principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Experience in using CAD and other design software is a plus
