About UsGravity Architects and Builders is a Kozhikode-based architectural firm undertaking residential and commercial projects across Kerala. Our work primarily focuses on architectural design, construction drawings, and statutory permit-related services in compliance with prevailing building rules and regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities- Preparation of architectural drawings using AutoCAD
- 3D modelling using SketchUp
- Architectural visualization using D5 Render / Enscape
- Assisting in design development and spatial planning
- Preparation of working drawings and submission drawings
- Supporting permit-related documentation and approval processes
- Coordination with senior architects for project execution
Required Skills- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Working knowledge in SketchUp
- Rendering skills using D5 Render or Enscape
- Strong architectural design sense
- Basic understanding of building regulations and drawing standards
- Good communication and time management skills
Work Schedule- Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Work Mode: Fully Remote
- Employment Type: Full-Time Only
Probation Period- Selected candidates will be placed under a 1-month probation period from the date of joining.
- Confirmation of employment will be based on performance during the probation period.
Notice Period- A one-month notice period is required prior to resignation after confirmation.
Eligibility- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience
