Role Description

The Junior Architect will collaborate with senior architects and project teams to design, develop, and manage architectural projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating blueprints, assisting with planning and design, integrating technical solutions, and ensuring project compliance with specifications. This is a full-time on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, providing hands-on experience in architectural projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of design principles and construction methods.
• Proficiency in Software Development and skills in leveraging tools for project modeling and simulations.
• Ability to implement Integration of architectural elements with structural and technical systems.
• Knowledge of Project Management, including planning, coordination, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations in India is a plus.
