Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the design and execution of architectural projects, working closely with senior architects and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in developing architectural designs, concepts, and presentations
- Prepare drawings, layouts, and 3D models using design software
- Support project documentation, including working drawings and BOQs
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams
- Participate in client meetings and incorporate feedback into designs
- Conduct site visits and assist in project supervision
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and/or other design tools
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications- Internship or prior experience in an architectural firm
- Knowledge of rendering software (Lumion, V-Ray, etc.)
- Familiarity with local building regulations
