The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our Hyderabad studio. You will work closely with senior architects and project managers, assisting in design development, technical documentation, and project coordination from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models.
- Support design development and create compelling concept presentations.
- Produce detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, etc.) to ensure design integration.
- Conduct site visits and assist in on-site coordination and quality control.
- Prepare presentation materials, renderings, and client documentation.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 1–3 years of professional experience.
- Strong design sensibility and technical understanding of building construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp .
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
