Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include assisting Technical Due Diligence team in preparation of reports for real estate projects.

Qualifications

Should be an Architect with 2-4 years experience from Architectural / Liasoning/ Real Estate firm.

Should have a thorough knowledge of design, approval drawings

Should have knowledge of DC rules (DCPR 2034 / UDCPR 2020)

Should have basic knowledge of Liason process for obtaining approvals in Mumbai / MMR region.

Should have analytical skills for review & analysis of development potential in a project w.r.t. applicable regulations.

Should have proficiency in Autocad

Should have knowledge of MS word, MS excel.

Should have good communication skills.

Should be able to handle multiple types of assignments at a time.

Responsibility

Assist in preparation of reports in Technical Due Diligence assignments / project monitoring / project management as per requirement.

Co-ordination with internal teams

Checking of drawings w.r.t. applicable regulations.
