Junior Architect

Job Title: Junior ArchitectLocation: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai

Senior Architect / Project Manager / Director

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our real estate development team. The candidate will assist in the coordination and execution of residential and commercial projects, ensuring architectural excellence while aligning with the company's vision of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and modify architectural drawings, layouts, 3D models, and presentation boards.
• Support in the preparation of municipal drawings, approvals, and compliance documents as per BMC/DC Rules.
• Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape) and contractors to ensure design intent is achieved.
• Participate in site visits, quality checks, and on-site coordination to resolve design-related issues.
• Conduct material research and assist in preparing BOQs and specifications.
• Provide support in client presentations, sales collaterals, and marketing drawings where required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
• 0–2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may apply).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop.
• Knowledge of local regulations and approval processes in Mumbai is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to take initiative.
