Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Junior Architect. The Junior Architect will assist in preparing architectural designs, conceptual plans, and detailed drawings, ensuring adherence to client requirements and project guidelines. Responsibilities include assisting with project management tasks, collaborating with the design team. The candidate will also contribute to the integration of design concepts into comprehensive architectural solutions and participate in estimating project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing architectural drawings, designs, and 3D visualizations
• Support senior architects in preparing concept presentations and detailed project documentation
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and coordinate with consultants and contractors
• Prepare working drawings, construction documents, and material specifications
• Contribute creative ideas during design reviews
• Ensure design compliance with building codes and project requirements
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Suite
• Strong visualization and technical drawing skills
• Good understanding of materials, construction methods, and design standards
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
• A strong portfolio showcasing academic or professional work
