Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based at our Chennai office. As an Architect at Brik Impressions, you will be responsible for designing innovative architectural concepts, developing project plans, and managing project execution. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, creating detailed designs and blueprints, coordinating with teams for seamless integration of design features, and ensuring timely project completion to meet established standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design principles to create functional and aesthetically appealing spaces.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and execution of design projects.
• Skills in Software Development and Integration for design tools and technology, ensuring efficient project workflows.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with stakeholders across disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, with relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
