About Regolith Ecological Solutions
At Regolith Ecological Solutions, we work at the intersection of ecological
architecture and responsible construction. We specialize in alternative materials,
natural building systems, and regenerative design strategies that respond sensitively
to place, culture, and environment. As a sister concern of Beforest Lifestyle
Solutions, our projects are rooted in sustainability, community, and systemic thinking.
We are looking for a Project Architect (Site-Based) who can seamlessly connect
architectural design to site execution, enabling construction that is ecologically
conscious, practically feasible, and aesthetically rooted.
Role Overview
This role combines on-site design interpretation, construction supervision,
and team coordination. The Project Architect plays a pivotal role in ensuring
that designs are translated effectively on-ground, workers are aligned with the
intent, and site decisions are made with ecological intelligence.
You must be able to work with craftspeople, understand the constraints and
opportunities of material behavior, and propose solutions that honor both design
quality and site realities.

Supervise and guide on-site architectural and interior works, ensuring quality
and adherence to ecological principles.
Review and adapt detailing during execution based on material behavior and
environmental factors.
2. Design Understanding & Translation
Interpret architectural and structural drawings; communicate spatial intent and
joinery logic to workers and contractors.
Identify and resolve on-ground conflicts with clarity and speed, consulting with
the design team as needed.
3. Site-Level Design Feedback
Provide structured feedback to design architects based on construction
behavior, worker inputs, or contextual conditions.
Document practical learnings to improve design-to-build processes.
4. Construction Management & Workforce Coordination
Plan and manage daily construction workflows across trades.
Assign tasks to masons, carpenters, and labor teams based on design
requirements and work sequencing.
Monitor material use, labor productivity, and on-site execution quality.
5. Ecological Building Techniques
Ensure site teams implement techniques like CSEB, lime plaster, mud walls,
bamboo joinery, etc., appropriately.
Train or orient new teams on ecological construction practices where needed.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration
Coordinate with consultants, project managers, vendors, and procurement
teams to align resources with project progress.
Conduct or assist in site meetings, walkthroughs, and client visits.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, issue trackers, and photo
documentation.
Verify BOQs, track as-built modifications, and support record drawings.
8. Site Safety & Sustainability Compliance
Enforce site safety practices and ensure work is done with minimal ecological
disruption.
Lead by example in upholding environmental and material responsibility.
