Junior Architect

We are an Architectural and consumer space design agency based in Mumbai, comprising a dedicated team of approximately 40 professionals, including architects, designers, and project managers. Our core competencies encompass design strategies, consumer experience design, design enhancement, and design development. Key Responsibilities:

1: Concept Development & Design Leadership:

- Develop Design Concepts: Lead the creation of design concepts aligned with the client's vision, brand, and functional requirements.

- Retail Experience: Ensure the design enhances customer experience, optimizes traffic flow, and supports retail business objectives.

- Innovation: Introduce new ideas and innovations in retail design that improve aesthetics, efficiency, and sustainability.

2: Client Liaison and Communication:

- Client Meetings: Participate in client meetings to understand requirements, present design proposals, and provide updates.

- Translate Client Needs: Ensure that client needs and brand guidelines are translated into practical, functional designs.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Manage communication between clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

3: Technical Drawings and Documentation:

- Develop Fit-Out (Good for construction) Drawings: Prepare detailed drawings for all phases of the retail fit-out process, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.

- Material and Finish Selection: Specify appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with the design intent and project budget.

- Preparation of BOQ's

This role involves a balance of creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills, making it essential for a Junior Architect to be both a visionary and an effective leader in delivering successful retail environments.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design.

Good software knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop

Minimum experience of 1 to 2 Years

Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
