Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect located in Chennai & Tiruchirappalli. The Junior Architect will assist in developing architectural designs, drafting plans, and contributing to project development under the guidance of senior architects. Responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, managing project schedules, and ensuring designs meet regulatory and client requirements. Additionally, the role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and supporting the integration of design concepts with project goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with knowledge in creating working drawings.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and sustainability best practices is advantageous.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
