About the RoleWe're looking for a Junior Architect to work closely with our senior team on architectural/interior projects. The role involves preparing working drawings, coordinating design development, supporting site execution, and building strong interiors material knowledge through ongoing project exposure.
Key Responsibilities- Work in coordination with Senior Architects on design and execution deliverables
- Prepare and update working drawings (plans, sections, elevations, detailing)
- Develop GFC / construction drawings and interior detailing (joinery, layouts, finishes, etc.)
- Produce drawings and basic 3D views as required using AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Participate in interim site visits for measurements, progress checks, and coordination
- Support site teams with drawing clarifications, revisions, and documentation
- Capture and maintain interior material knowledge (finishes, hardware, vendor options, applications)
- Coordinate with consultants/contractors/vendors for drawing inputs and execution alignment
Required Skills- Proficiency in AutoCAD (must)
- Proficiency in SketchUp (must)
- Strong understanding of working drawings & detailing
- Basic knowledge of interior materials and finishes (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Good communication and coordination skills (with team and site personnel)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple drawing revisions
Preferred (Good to Have)- Photoshop / Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape (any)
- MS Office (documentation, BOQs, checklists)
- Prior internship or site exposure in architecture/interiors
