Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect (0-2yrs experience) at our Bidhannagar, Kolkata office. The Junior Architect will lead and oversee architectural design projects, including conceptualization, detailed planning, implementation, and supervision of on-site activities. Key responsibilities include preparing design solutions, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring adherence to quality and budgetary requirements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in Integration and Software Development to effectively use design and planning tools.
• Proven Project Management skills, including overseeing schedules, budgets, and site coordination.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field.
• Prior experience in high-scale, complex architectural projects will be an advantage.
