Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated architects with 1 year experience to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in architectural design, urban research, feasibility studies, and cutting-edge digital tools for smart, sustainable architecture.

Responsibilities:

Assist in concept development, schematic designs, and presentation drawings.

Work on feasibility research and urban design schemes for large-scale projects.

Support in 3D modelling, rendering, and visualization using industry-standard software.

Collaborate with the design team on sustainable and tech-integrated architectural solutions.

Participate in site visits, client presentations, and coordination meetings.

Conduct research on building codes, regulations, and innovative materials.

Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to enhance design efficiency and innovation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch) or final-year student from a reputed institution

Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite

Interest in high-rise residential & commercial projects, sustainability, and urban design

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Strong communication and presentation skills

A keen eye for design, aesthetics, and detailing
