We're Hiring: Junior Architect (B.Arch)

Department: Projects | Reports to: Director

We're looking for a passionate and creative Junior Architect to join our team in designing senior-friendly living spaces that prioritize safety, accessibility, and comfort. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to explore the specialized field of senior living architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed 3D models and walkthroughs in coordination with the design team.

Assist in architectural design, ensuring safety and accessibility for seniors.

Research senior-friendly design practices and innovative materials.

Collaborate with senior architects and engineers to meet quality and timelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture is mandatory

Proficiency in 3D modelling tools, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Eye for detail, especially in safe and accessible design

Portfolio submission is mandatory

Preferred:

3 to 5 years of experience in an architectural or interior design firm
