Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect, based in Hyderabad. The Junior Architect will contribute to the design and development process by drafting architectural plans, creating detailed project drawings, and collaborating with colleagues to execute innovative designs. Responsibilities include conducting research, preparing concept designs, assisting with project management tasks, and ensuring that designs align with client and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
• Strong design and creative skills, with experience in concept development and space planning
• Knowledge of project management, including timelines, workflows, and client communication
• Familiarity with landscape design and furniture design processes
• Excellent visualization and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively
• Attention to detail and an understanding of material selection and construction processes
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications; professional certifications are a plus
• Prior experience or interest in healthcare and luxury interior design projects is advantageous
