A design-focused architectural practice is looking to hire a Junior Architect to support and deliver architecture and interior projects from concept through execution in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. This role involves contributing to design development, documentation, coordination, and site support across well-detailed residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the conceptualization and development of architectural designs, drawings, and models.
- Translate design concepts into detailed drawings and construction documentation.
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, regulations, and construction feasibility.
- Participate in site visits and surveys to understand site conditions and execution requirements.
- Document site observations and integrate findings into design development.
- Prepare design presentations, drawings, and visual material for client reviews.
- Support client meetings by explaining design intent and incorporating feedback.
- Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce accurate drawings and presentations.
- Maintain organized digital project documentation and drawing records.
- Assist with project coordination, schedules, and internal communication.
- Track project timelines and support timely delivery of assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 24 years of professional experience in an architectural practice.
- Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and buildability.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, VRay/ Enscape.
- Understanding of architectural drawings, construction documentation, and materials.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to participate in site visits and coordination activities.
Work Schedule
- Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:30 AM 6:30 PM)
- Weekly Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday
