Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Chennai. The Junior Architect will collaborate with the design team to develop innovative architectural designs and concepts. Day-to-day tasks include creating design plans, conducting site visits, and coordinating with clients and consultants to ensure project requirements are met. The role also involves utilizing architectural software and managing specific project phases to meet timelines and standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Design and fundamental Architecture principles
- Experience with Software Development and Integration tools related to architectural modeling
- Skills in Project Management, including project scheduling, coordination, and deliverables management
- Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Familiarity with sustainable and socially responsible design practices is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience using tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite is highly beneficial
