Junior Architect

Role Description

We are seeking a Junior Architect for a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The role involves designing and developing architectural plans, collaborating with senior architects on projects, and ensuring compliance with building regulations and codes. You will work across various project phases, including conceptualization, design development, and integration. Additionally, you will assist in managing timelines and deliverables to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design principles
• Experience with Software Development and Integration relevant to architecture tools
• Strong Project Management skills, including timeline coordination and task prioritization
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations (preferred)
