Note: Work from home option is available for ideal candidates (Senior resources,a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision )

Timings : 7 AM -4 PM (I S T) Monday to Friday

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scheduling interviews and phone screens; working directly with candidates and hiring managers, working across multiple time zones (Full cycle of Recruitment).
• Maintain and update accurate candidate database and job postings via Zoho and enhance existing reports where applicable. Updating candidate records and job postings.
• Manage direct applications and identify top candidates applied to engage and pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with strong candidates, partnering with the internal sourcing team.
• Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
• Coordinating intakes & post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials.
• Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Writing/designing exciting and engaging copy for job posting using various channels (Jobs Street, LinkedIn, Jobs Bank, and channel sites).
• Use recruiting tools to assess candidates skills.
• Participate in contractor hiring process and 3rd party engagement.
• Support on Talent Acquisition-related projects and initiatives.
• Employ a consultative relationship with our client-facing Account Managers and provide regular updates on candidate pipeline and search strategies.
• Manage and maintain relationships with contract employees while on assignment.
• Manages the resume tracking system.
• Ensures consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in APAC markets such as Singapore or Malaysia is mandatory.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong hands-on experience in END TO END Recruitment.
• Must be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
• High-energy and passion.
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
