Junior Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, and business insights. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and assisting teams in making data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights

Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics

Assist senior analysts in research and analysis tasks

Ensure data accuracy and consistency

Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements

Maintain documentation and reporting processes

Present findings in a clear and structured manner

Required Skills & Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in analytics, research, or data-related roles (or strong academic/project experience)

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts)

Basic understanding of SQL

Familiarity with Power BI / Tableau (preferred)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field

Basic knowledge of data visualization tools

Understanding of business analysis concepts
