Job Description

Responsbilities

  • Responsible for Aladdin Support Mailbox and creating tickets
  • Responsible for Aladdin System Administration Operational Tasks
  • Responsible for L1 Tasks with predefined SOPs
  • Responsible for morning health checks for the critical front office systems and ensure smooth functioning of BAU
  • Provide production support to business users in Singapore and region within the defined SLA
  • Understand the business needs and prioritize the competing requirements and deliver according to the agreed timelines
  • Identify the repeating issues and escalate to permanent Fix. Maintain incident documents
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Development & Data for the deliveries.
  • Support audit requirements, engage & participate in DR and BCP activities
  • Understand the various internal & external regulatory requirements and adhere
  • Review of the existing systems and recommend improvements

Skills & Knowledge

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and at least 2 years of production support & helpdesk team experience
  • Good knowledge of Asset Management business
  • Knowledge of products such as Trading platform and reference data management and utilities such as Bloomberg is an added advantage.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and build a strong team and passionate about the work
  • Quick learner of both technical and business knowledge
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and relationship management
